Responsibilities

● Execute end-to-end installation of solar PV systems (on-grid, off-grid, hybrid) — mounting structures, module fixing, DC/AC wiring, inverter and battery commissioning
● Supervise site labor/installation crews and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
● Perform system testing, commissioning, and net-metering coordination with DISCOM (BESCOM/HESCOM/etc.) where applicable
● Troubleshoot electrical and technical issues during and after installation; support after-sales service visits
● Maintain installation checklists, site photos, and documentation for handover and warranty records
● Coordinate with the sales and design team on site-specific technical requirements before installation
● Train customers on basic system operation and maintenance at handover

Requirements

● Diploma/ITI/B.E. in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience)
● 1–2 years of hands-on solar installation experience (on-grid and off-grid systems)
● Working knowledge of inverters, batteries, net-metering, and relevant electrical safety codes
● Willingness to travel to project sites across Karnataka
● Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada
